The VIRDI AC 2100 Fingerprint Access Control terminal is an ideal reader to be used in authentication system by biometrics and RFID, with an LCD screen and voice messages that allow easy user interface. The operating frequency of the RFID reader can be either 125 kHz (AC-2100RF) or 13.56 MHz (AC-2100SC), according to the model. Ability to register 100 users using one fingerprint per user and register up to 5,000 events.

User authentication can be performed by biometrics and / or RFID Card. After authentication, the reader drives a rail that releases the door lock. It has an intelligent algorithm that uses electrostatic capability technology to distinguish between real fingerprint and some other counterfeit material (such as paper, rubber, silicone, etc.), avoiding fraud.
